My Vegan Flow of the week is: Meditation
We get up everyday planning this, that and the other, but many of us, never take a minute to just stop, breathe, be present. Its so easy to get lost in the routine of get up and go, but many of us feel unbalanced, angered, stressed and anxious to name a few, because we do not take time to be with ourselves. There is no one way to meditate, it is completely up to you. Some people use mantras, others need music, outdoors in nature, indoors in the privacy of your personal space. Whatever resonates with you is the right way. Take time for yourself, take deep breaths, be purposeful in your intent to be still, and let it all go.
