I remember Brooklyn streets bring so full of culture and an array of flavored culinary delights. Walking home from school we had our many choices to choose from, but one of my all time favorites was the Jamaican Beef Patty... they were the perfect handheld meal. So in of course I had to figure out a way to capture all of the flavor while keeping it Vegan. I did, and dubbed them the Jamaican UN-Beef Patty. I was so much fun playing with different creative meat substitutes that would make the flavor packed stuffing to fill the patties, you create (I went with Walnut meat).
